Ingredients

  • 24 oz cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup buffalo-style wing sauce
  • Optional: Chopped chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into small florets.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together cornstarch, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Place the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes. Shake the basket and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer cooked cauliflower to the bowl with buffalo sauce and toss until well coated.
  6. Return to the air fryer for an additional 5-10 minutes until crispy on the edges.
  7. Serve immediately with carrots, celery sticks, or your favorite dipping sauce.
