- 24 oz cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup buffalo-style wing sauce
- Optional: Chopped chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into small florets.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cornstarch, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and stir until evenly coated.
- Place the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes. Shake the basket and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer cooked cauliflower to the bowl with buffalo sauce and toss until well coated.
- Return to the air fryer for an additional 5-10 minutes until crispy on the edges.
