  • 1/2 small to medium head green cabbage (cut into 4 wedges)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Arrange the cabbage wedges in the baking dish.
  5. Brush half of the garlic butter over each wedge and sprinkle on half of the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Flip the wedges carefully and repeat with the remaining garlic butter and cheese.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly with crispy edges.
