  • 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
  • â…” cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cups cooked white rice
  • Fresh vegetables (red cabbage, carrot, cucumber, avocado)
  • Sriracha (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, honey, and Sriracha in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. Season cubed chicken with vegetable oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in an air fryer at 400°F for 11-12 minutes or sauté in a skillet for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
