  • 5 small/medium potatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes by peeling and cubing them. Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  2. Cook seasoned potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
