  • 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
  • 5 cups cabbage, sliced into noodles
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Mae Ploy curry paste (or Thai Kitchen red curry paste)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons Swerve Brown sugar sweetener

Instructions

  1. Slice the cabbage into long strips and thinly slice the beef.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the beef until browned.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the cabbage strips with one tablespoon of water, cover, and microwave for about 5 minutes until softened.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, curry paste, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and Swerve sweetener.
  5. Add softened cabbage to the skillet with the beef and pour the sauce over everything. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
