  • 8 oz beef chuck, cubed
  • 12 oz cheese tortellini, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add cubed beef seasoned with salt and pepper; brown for about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent (about 3 minutes).
  3. Return the beef to the skillet; stir in heavy cream, dried basil, and half of the grated Parmesan. Simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
