- 12 oz cheese tortellini, cooked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add cubed beef seasoned with salt and pepper; brown for about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent (about 3 minutes).
- Return the beef to the skillet; stir in heavy cream, dried basil, and half of the grated Parmesan. Simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
