- 1 can (28 ounces) fire-roasted diced tomatoes (with juices)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 2/3 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large soup pot over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onions for about 8 minutes. Spoon out any excess fat.
