  • 2 heads Cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the cauliflower into 3/4-inch thick steaks and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder; mix well.
  4. Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, flip the steaks, and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown and tender. For grilling, cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side.
