- 8 oz (230g) Napa cabbage (finely sliced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon scallion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 dashes ground white pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- If making homemade wrappers, combine all-purpose flour and water; knead until smooth and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into small circles about 4 inches in diameter.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, finely sliced Napa cabbage, grated ginger, chopped scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and salt until well combined.
