Ingredients
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

- 16 oz mini bow tie pasta
- 12 oz grape tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1.5 cups chopped English cucumber
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 3.5 cups cooked shredded rotisserie chicken
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, parsley, dill, and garlic. Refrigerate the dressing until needed.
