Instructions
- Slice the beef thinly against the grain. Combine with soy sauce, peanut oil, and cornstarch in a bowl; marinate for 10 minutes.
- Mix together chicken stock, dry apple juice, soy sauces, brown sugar, and cornstarch in another bowl.
- Steam broccoli in a skillet with water until just tender; remove and wipe the pan dry.
- Heat oil in the skillet and cook marinated beef until lightly charred but still pink inside. Add garlic and ginger; stir briefly.
- Return broccoli to the pan, add sauce mixture, and cook while stirring until thickened. Serve hot.
