  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper. Toss the salmon pieces until coated.
  3. Arrange the seasoned salmon on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and crispy on the outside.
  5. While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Once baked, toss salmon bites in the sauce until well coated and garnish as desired before serving.
