  • Olive oil (for frying)

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Finely shred the cabbage and chop the green onions; combine in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper; pour over the cabbage mixture.
  3. Sprinkle flour and baking powder over the mixture, gently combining everything.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet; add cabbage mixture, pressing down evenly. Cook covered on low-medium for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip the pie using a plate; cook uncovered for another 10-15 minutes until golden on both sides.
  6. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped dill, salt, and pepper for the sauce.
  7. Slice and serve warm with dill sauce.
