  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz each)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs (whisked)
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 2 brioche buns (toasted)
  • 0.5 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2–3 slices fresh tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 0.33 cup caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by pounding to an even thickness and patting dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk to create an egg wash.
  4. Dip chicken into egg wash then coat in the seasoned flour mixture.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat or preheat an air fryer to 380°F.
  6. Cook chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown or air fry for about 12–15 minutes.
  7. Toast the brioche buns until golden brown.
  8. Assemble by spreading caesar dressing on both buns, layering with lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and additional dressing as desired.
