Description

Crock Pot Ravioli Lasagna is a delightful and effortless weeknight meal that blends the comforting flavors of layered pasta, savory beef, and gooey cheese—all cooked to perfection in your slow cooker. With just four key ingredients, this dish offers a rich taste and satisfying texture that will please both family and friends alike.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 jars (24 oz each) pasta sauce
  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2530 oz frozen cheese ravioli (uncooked)

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of a 6 qt slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
  3. Combine the browned beef with one jar of pasta sauce, reserving one cup for later use.
  4. Layer the reserved sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by half of the frozen ravioli, one-fourth of the meat mixture, and one-fourth of mozzarella cheese. Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until heated through.
