  • 2 lb chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Au Jus gravy packet
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning packet
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter, thinly sliced
  • Pepperoncinis
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray and place the chicken breasts inside.
  2. Season the chicken with black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Au Jus gravy, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Add minced garlic, chopped onion, and pepperoncinis on top of the chicken. Place butter slices over everything.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
