  • 4 green onions (sliced thin)
  • 1 ½ Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 ½ Tbsp chili crisp
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • sesame seeds (as garnish)
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the defrosted edamame, diced cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced green onions.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chili crisp, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
  4. If not serving immediately, store in the refrigerator for up to four days.
