- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove (minced)

Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, lime zest and juice, dill, mustard, garlic, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- Bring water to boil in a pot and cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes until pink. Remove shrimp using a skimmer and place them in an ice water bath for about 3 minutes to stop cooking.
- Drain the shrimp and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, diced cucumber, sliced green onion, and dressing. Stir gently until all ingredients are coated.
