  • 400 g large Argentinian shrimp (peeled and dried)
  • 300 g linguine pasta
  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • 500 ml heavy cream
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 juice from lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp red paprika powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Optional: grated Parmesan and fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Season shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, red paprika powder, smoked paprika powder, and oregano.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet; cook seasoned shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until golden.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and heavy cream; return shrimp to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook linguine according to package instructions; reserve pasta water before draining.
  6. Toss cooked pasta with sauce; add reserved pasta water if needed to thin the sauce. Garnish with parsley before serving.
