Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberries (finely diced)
- 2 kiwis (peeled and finely diced)
- 1 Granny Smith apple (peeled and finely diced)
- 1 mango (peeled and finely diced)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Wash and finely dice the strawberries, kiwis, apple, and mango. Combine in a mixing bowl.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the fruit mixture and add sugar. Toss gently to combine and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then sprinkle over both sides of each tortilla.
- Cut tortillas into wedges and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for about 7 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
