  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz. angel hair pasta
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Grate the Parmesan cheese and set it aside.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and slowly add the milk while stirring until combined. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add the angel hair pasta to the boiling sauce and cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the pasta is tender, reduce heat and stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter and grated Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
