- 2 ½ tablespoons lemon pepper
- 1 ¼ tablespoons kosher salt (more if desired)
- 1 tablespoon smoked garlic powder
- ½ tablespoon onion powder
- ½ tablespoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Pat ribs dry, remove membrane, and marinate for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat grill to 500°F. Prepare dry rub by mixing all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Remove ribs from marinade, apply dry rub generously.
- Grill ribs meat-side down over medium heat (300°F) for about 30 minutes; flip and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 190-203°F.

- Let rest covered with foil for 30-60 minutes before serving.
