  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 3 scallions, finely sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler to its highest setting.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cottage cheese with cream cheese, hot sauce, most of the chopped scallions (reserve some for garnish), crushed garlic, salt, shredded chicken, and most of the shredded cheeses (set some aside).
  4. Mix thoroughly and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Transfer to an oven-proof dish and smooth out the top. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
