Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb), cooked and shredded
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup light cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium casserole dish with nonstick spray.
