  • 800 g Boneless chicken thighs (or chicken tenders)
  • 2/3 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil (or canola oil)
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 100 g Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly with this mixture.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter with honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic; cook until bubbly.
  4. Return the chicken to the pan, ensuring each piece is well-coated in the sauce for about one more minute.
