- 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then mix in eggs one at a time.
