  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • Turkey bacon (as an alternative) and fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower until fork-tender (about 10 minutes) and drain well.
