  • 12 ounces penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound crumbled Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon optional red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, meat mixture, turkey pepperoni, marinara sauce, and seasonings. Mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
