Ingredients
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 4 small corn tortillas
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- Sour cream, for serving
- Salsa, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
