  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium head green cabbage (shredded (about 8 cups))
  • 1/2 cup parmesan (shredded)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 thinly sliced medium red onion; cook for about 2 minutes until the onion turns translucent.
  3. Stir in 1 medium head of shredded green cabbage (approximately 8 cups) and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle in 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving warm.
