  • 2 boxes instant pistachio pudding mix (3.4 ounces each)
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two loaf pans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and sour cream until well blended.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly into the greased pans.
