  • â…“ cup cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups orange marmalade
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Red pepper flakes and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with cornstarch.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken lightly on all sides.
  3. Transfer browned chicken to a slow cooker. In a bowl, whisk together orange marmalade, soy sauce, white vinegar, ground ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes; pour over chicken.
