Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs (deboned but skin-on)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1½ tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon tamari (or soy sauce)
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, tamari, Sriracha, rice vinegar, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in minced garlic and coat the chicken thighs thoroughly with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

- Pour remaining marinade into the skillet and simmer until it thickens slightly around the chicken.
