  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup taco sauce
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 6 burrito-sized flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco sauce, and taco seasoning. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese, cooked chicken, and cilantro until evenly combined.
  3. Spread about 1/6th of the filling over each tortilla using a rubber spatula.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to another and wrap individually in plastic wrap.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours to firm up.
  6. Just before serving, unwrap the tortillas and slice them into pieces about 1/2 to 1-inch thick.
