  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • Lime juice

  • Chopped peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  4. Incorporate coconut milk and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes. Use an immersion blender to puree until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and lime juice to taste before serving.
