Instructions

  2. Prepare the Chicken: Shred or slice the cooked chicken and mix with a few tablespoons of peanut sauce in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Prep the Vegetables: Rinse and shred carrots and cabbage; thinly slice the red bell pepper.
  4. Warm Tortillas: Heat tortillas briefly in the microwave or skillet to make them pliable.
