  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional)
  • Sliced scallion (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, draining most of the water.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter, add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
