  • 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 180 g (6 oz) sliced turkey
  • 1/4 cup baby capers, drained
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley or basil (optional)
  • Crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Place cold cream cheese on cling wrap and cover with another piece of cling wrap. Roll into a rectangle about 32 cm x 23 cm.
  2. Remove the top cling wrap layer and layer turkey slices over the cream cheese, slightly overlapping them.
  3. Cover with another piece of cling wrap; gently press down and flip so the cream cheese side is facing up. Sprinkle with capers and parsley.
  4. Roll tightly from one long edge while removing cling wrap as you go.
  5. Wrap the roll in cling wrap, twist the ends to secure, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing into rounds.
