Ingredients
- 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese
- 180 g (6 oz) sliced turkey
- 1/4 cup baby capers, drained
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley or basil (optional)

Instructions
- Place cold cream cheese on cling wrap and cover with another piece of cling wrap. Roll into a rectangle about 32 cm x 23 cm.
- Remove the top cling wrap layer and layer turkey slices over the cream cheese, slightly overlapping them.
- Cover with another piece of cling wrap; gently press down and flip so the cream cheese side is facing up. Sprinkle with capers and parsley.
- Roll tightly from one long edge while removing cling wrap as you go.
- Wrap the roll in cling wrap, twist the ends to secure, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing into rounds.
