  • 1 10 oz. can, diced tomatoes and chilies (like Rotel)
  • 1/23/4 cup half and half
  • 1 Tablespoon hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté diced jalapenos and onion for 3-4 minutes until onions are translucent.
  2. Add shredded cheeses and diced tomatoes (with optional hot sauce) to the skillet. Reduce heat to medium, stirring continuously.
  3. Gradually stir in half and half until you achieve a smooth consistency. Keep heat moderate to low to prevent lumps.
