- ¾ cups milk

- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 4 tablespoons softened cream cheese
- 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 4 ½ cups of flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the water and milk until warm but not hot. Stir in softened butter.
- Add the warm liquid mixture and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Gradually add more flour until a soft dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
