  • 16 ounces butter beans (1 can, drained and rinsed)
  • 15.5 ounces great northern beans (1 can, drained and rinsed)
  • 16 ounces beef 'n beans (1 can, liquid drained)
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 medium white onion (diced)
  • Additional 23 tablespoons of brown sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the butter beans, great northern beans, and beef 'n beans after draining and rinsing them.
  3. Add ketchup, brown sugar, diced onions, and mustard to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into an 8×8" baking pan.
  5. For added sweetness, sprinkle an extra 2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar on top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until bubbly.
