  • 1½2 lbs chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp hot honey
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • â…” cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup Sriracha

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss the cubed chicken with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and brush with some of the sauce.
  4. Grill on medium-high for 15-20 minutes or air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Drizzle with reserved sauce before serving.
