  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: sliced avocado, diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until well coated.
  2. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper; then add the coleslaw mix and combine thoroughly.
  3. Warm the tortillas on a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat, spoon in BBQ chicken and top with coleslaw and any additional toppings.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom; slice in half if desired.
