Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped garlic chives, and seasonings (salt, white pepper, sugar, chicken bouillon powder, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil). Mix thoroughly until well combined.
