- 3 cups shredded napa cabbage

- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons rice apple vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 4 green onions (finely chopped)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded napa cabbage with salt and set aside for 10 minutes to draw out moisture.
- In another bowl, mix ground beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, rice apple vinegar, ginger, green onions, and black pepper until well combined.
