Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 8 loose pieces and season each with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut cold butter into 8 equal pieces; prepare parchment paper sheets.
  4. For each burger: place butter on the grill, add beef on top, cover with parchment paper, and press down firmly for about 10 seconds.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes before flipping each burger; cook an additional 2 minutes. Add cheese during the last minute if desired.
