  • 1 sleeve graham crackers (9 sheets)
  • 1 cup pecans
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping (thawed & divided)
  • 42 oz blueberry pie filling (two cans)
  • Optional: chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a food processor, blend graham crackers and pecans into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and sugar, then press into a 13×9-inch pan.
  3. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes until dry; cool completely.
  4. Use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in one container of whipped topping and spread over cooled crust.
  5. Top with blueberry pie filling and spread evenly. Finish with remaining whipped topping and garnish with chopped pecans if desired.
  6. Cover and chill for at least two hours or overnight before serving.
