Ingredients
- 1 sleeve graham crackers (9 sheets)
- 1 cup pecans
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping (thawed & divided)
- 42 oz blueberry pie filling (two cans)
- Optional: chopped pecans for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a food processor, blend graham crackers and pecans into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and sugar, then press into a 13×9-inch pan.
- Bake crust for 8-10 minutes until dry; cool completely.
- Use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in one container of whipped topping and spread over cooled crust.
- Top with blueberry pie filling and spread evenly. Finish with remaining whipped topping and garnish with chopped pecans if desired.
