Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 eggs (whisked)
- ½ cup Italian Panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup yellow onion (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey
- 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your electric smoker to 325°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, whisked eggs, Panko breadcrumbs, milk, seasoned salt, garlic powder, chopped onion, black pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese until well mixed. Shape into a loaf.
- Place the meatloaf in the smoker and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (about 1.5 hours).
- While smoking, mix BBQ sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Brush the meatloaf with BBQ sauce about 30 minutes before it's done cooking.
