Ingredients
- 2 cups corkscrew-shaped pasta
- 1/2 cup Italian-style salad dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup cubed Muenster cheese (or cheddar)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- While the pasta cools, chop your vegetables and chicken: dice celery and bell pepper, halve cherry tomatoes, and cube cheese.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with Italian-style dressing and mayonnaise. Mix well.
- Fold in chicken, vegetables, cheese, and any optional ingredients.
