  • 2 cups corkscrew-shaped pasta
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup cubed Muenster cheese (or cheddar)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. While the pasta cools, chop your vegetables and chicken: dice celery and bell pepper, halve cherry tomatoes, and cube cheese.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with Italian-style dressing and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  4. Fold in chicken, vegetables, cheese, and any optional ingredients.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop. Just before serving, gently stir in sliced avocado.
