- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp cooking salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 50g (3 tbsp) unsalted butter
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- Optional garnish: parsley or cilantro
Instructions
- Remove husks and silk from the corn cobs and rinse them under cold water.
- Carefully slice each corn cob into quarters lengthwise using a sharp knife.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush mixture generously over each corn rib.
- Cooking options: To Grill: Preheat the grill to medium heat. Cook corn ribs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred. To Bake: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange corn ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
